Apparently, it gets its water when the tide comes in, and that water leaves again when the tide goes out, keeping the water in the pool always fresh, no chemical treatment required.</p>
<p>I thought that sounded like a pretty good idea, but I wonder if the guy has just &#8220;invented&#8221; that for his own use.</p>
<p>Or are those pools quite common?</p>
